SERVPRO of SE Long Beach helped us after we were vandalized. Water damage was caused in multiple rooms of our house. They were extremely pleasant to work with, professional, and sensitive to what had occurred. Everything was explained to us clearly and we knew what to expect. Kudos to Gabriel, Vickie, Jorge, Judy and the crew; they were wonderful and helped make a terrible situation better. Highly recommend.

In my 34 years in the roofing industry I have never had an issue with a flooded building. Two weeks ago we had a major surprise from an unexpected storm that we were not prepared for. Needing help in the middle of the night, I called SERVPRO of SE Long  Beach. Gabriel and his crew were on the job within an hour and immediately took charge of the situation. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous are only some of the words to describe how good this company really is. Absolutely impressed with Vickie, Gabriel, George and everyone I came in contact with. Quite literally could not have made it through this crisis without them. A pleasure to work with. I cannot praise this SERVPRO enough-when I was at my darkest hour they came through for me! I had flood damage in my two front bedrooms caused by a roof that was less than a year old! I called SERVPRO OF SOUTHEAST LONG BEACH and talked to Vickie she said she would have someone out within the hour and Gabriel arrived-he was so honest, courteous and so helpful telling me all the steps to resolve the problem. I had asbestos issues ETC he sent his crew out to pack up everything--just imagine 40+ yrs of accumulation--the crew was delightful--they took apart the roll top desk and the built in desk my deceased husband built--when he built it he never thought it would EVER have to be taken apart they spent hours trying to get it apart and came out and said the only way was to break it-then Gabriel said he would build me a new one over the weekend and he did! They are simply the best in the business!!!!!! MANY THANKS TO VICKIE-GABRIEL-JORGE AND THE CREW FOR A JOB WELL DONE

I had some water damaged drywall, they came to inspect it , found that I had some black mold, at that moment I was quoted , and they started the containment process right away, they were very professional and they were very  careful  not to damage  unnecessary  parts of the wall such as crown moldings or baseboards, very happy with their straight to the point answers . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS  TEAM.
